Become a SOAR Ambassador

SOAR is looking for people who feel a burden for our ministry and want to share it with others! As a SOAR ambassador, you can encourage others from your church, Bible study, team, or other group to get involved with SOAR. Simply keep up-to-date on current SOAR project needs, prayer requests and volunteer opportunities, then share them with others!

Adopt a Sister Church

SOAR wants to connect your church with believers in Russia and Abkhazia! We are seeking to build relationships between churches for mutual encouragement and prayer support. There is also opportunity to partner financially with specific pastors and church needs. If your church has an interest in adopting a “sister church,” please contact us about opportunities.

Below are some of the Abkhazian pastors in need of support:

Pastor Andrew & wife Svetlana(Sukhum, Abkhazia)

Andrew, born & raised in Abkhazia, came to know the Lord at a young age and is a church leader, missionary, and pastor in Abkhazia.

Pastor Vladimir & Wife Alla(Ochamchyra, Abkhazia)

Vladimir & Alla were called by God from Western Ukraine to serve the believers in Abkhazia. Vladimir came to know the Lord at the age of 18, has served as a youth minister, and is now a missionary and pastor.

Pastor Alexander & wife Nastya(Gagra, Abkhazia)

Alexander is from Moldova, and began serving Christ faithfully at the age of 19. He ministered in both Moldova and Russia before being called to pastor in Abkhazia.
