Russia - Exciting Full time Ministry Opportunities!
SOAR International Ministries, based in Kenai, Alaska, is looking for dedicated individuals, couples, and families to serve Christ in a unique and exciting ministry to both eastern and western Russia. Since its inception in 1998, SOAR has been sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through its outreach projects, ministry teams, aviation and other opportunities. Because of its ministry in the Russia Far East across from Nome, Alaska, SOAR operates an airplane for trips to this location. Other ministries include outreach to orphans and street kids, Bible camps, the “Stuff a Stocking” project at Christmas, the “Baskets of Hope” project at Easter, teaching, discipleship and other ministries.
SOAR is a faith based ministry and all SOAR staff are required to raise their necessary financial and prayer support or to be self-supporting, such as with a retirement income. The main qualification for service with SOAR is to be a dedicated believer of Christ with a heart for ministry and a desire to share the Gospel of Christ with unsaved people.
SOAR is currently recruiting staff to work in the following areas: Administration and bookkeeping: Computer work, assisting in mailings, deposits & receipts, hospitality, answering the phone, etc.
Some of the above areas of staff needs can be combined into one job description depending on the individual’s skills, gifts and areas of interest.
