Dub & Pat Page

Dub and Pat Page met each other at the University of Washington in 1947. Dub had completed 3 years in the US Navy, flying dive bombers in World War II, Prior to coming to UW from his birthplace in Arkansas. After a short courtship they were married and moved to Tacoma, WA for Dub's first job. In 1951 they sensed a call from the Lord to prepare for a lifetime of Christian ministry, and enrolled in Moody Bible Institute. After graduation (he from day school, she from night school) they began a ministry of helping small churches become self-supporting. Two churches were started during this time--Dub as pastor, then assuming other roles in youth and missions responsibilities. This required Dub to return to employment to supplement income, a pattern which continued for 26 years at which time they became full-time missionaries. Since 1981, always residing in the US, they have engaged in ongoing short term trips to the field while being involved in development, fund raising, and mission representation back at home. In 2002 this ministry was shifted from HCJB World Radio to SOAR, and that continues today. Dub makes three trips each year to Russia to bring the Gospel to at-risk children. He is Grandpa Dub to hundreds!!! in between trips he is available to you, SOAR constituents. Feel free to contact him at any time!!
Dub and Pat brought 8 children into the world, with 7 reaching adulthood. Counting children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and spouses the family has just passed 50 in number with two more on the way.
