Praise God for:

• The precious children who trusted Christ at SOAR's Winter Camp in early January.
• The wonderful US and Russian team that ministered to the children during camp.

 

PRAYER REQUESTS:

Pray for:

• Stuff a Stocking Distribution January 10-17th

The children who receive gift filled stockings and a bible.

That God will use His Word in the lives of each one who hears the Gospel.

Travel safety for the distribution team.

• Winter Camp

The children who attended SOAR's camp as some return to difficult situations. Pray that the truths taught from God's work will continue to impact their lives.

God to continue to work in the lives of our US and Russian ministry team.




• Ministry In Provideniya

Please pray for a young Russian couple who are considering coming to pastor the church in Provideniya. Pray as they discuss this possibility with the church in Provideniya and seek God's direction.

God to show His timing for our SOAR staff to travel to Provideniya.

 

• SOAR General Request

God to provide a facility manager and graphics designer for our Alaska office.

God to provide finances for SOAR to do ministry in Russia as we are affected by the current recession in our country.

Our staff as we minister together and strategize for ministry in 2010.

 

Continue to pray for:

• That the Lord would send a Russian pastor to lead the church in Provideniya.
• The staff of Russia Inland Mission, our partner organization in Moscow.
• Stas and his family in Provideniya.
• A dentist to come and serve the Lord in Chukotka.
• The family center we would like to develop in Provideniya.
• God's provision of funding for a needed Twin Otter aircraft for SOAR.
• God to provide a building or property in Moscow where we can have offices and a children's ministry center.
